To provide automated shipping voucher and label creation, our application securely accesses temporary order data from your Shopify store via official webhooks. This data is strictly limited to fulfillment requirements and includes:
All accessed data is used solely to communicate with your selected local shipping carrier's API (e.g., ACS Courier, Speedex, Fan Courier, InPost) to generate shipping labels and update tracking numbers. We do not store permanent customer profiles, browsing history, or marketing data in our MySQL databases.
We do not hold or store customer data permanently. Order data is processed in real-time. Merchant account configuration details (such as your courier API keys) are kept securely until you choose to uninstall the application.
We are fully compliant with GDPR regulations. Our infrastructure natively supports and responds to Shopify's mandatory data privacy webhooks:
customers/redact - To erase customer data if requested.customers/data_request - To provide any data associated with a customer request.shop/redact - Automatically deletes all merchant keys and settings from our database within 48 hours of app uninstallation.All data transmitted between Shopify, our servers, and the courier networks is heavily encrypted using industry-standard secure HTTPS protocols (SSL/TLS). Access to database records is strictly restricted to authorized background automation scripts.
